Chocolate Protein Granola
Homemade granola just hits different ya know. But homemade chocolate protein granola really hits different. This recipe is super easy to make and the perfect snack or smoothie topper.

Bake Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (I used the brand Tropeka)
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond butter
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Add all of your dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Fold in all of your wet ingredients and mix evenly until everything is sticking together. Pour granola onto a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes (keep an eye on the granola so it doesn't burn). Once done, remove from the oven and let cool completely. Break into chunks and enjoy. Store granola in an airtight container.
