Is there anything better then a warm slice of pumpkin bread, or banana bread or even cinnamon streusel bread. Well the answer is no, so I decided to make all 3 of my favorite breads into one. Trust me, this just works!

Serves: 7-8 Slices

Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup dairy free milk

2 cups flour (I used a mix of gluten free and oat flour)

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Optional: Cinnamon Streusel Topping

1/4 cup almond flour, 2 tbs coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, handful of crushed walnuts

Directions: Start by mashing bananas in a large bowl. Mix in the rest of the wet ingredients. Slowly stir in the dry. Pour into a greased bread pan. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let cool, slice, enjoy!
