Pumpkin Smoothie

Finally pumpkin season, who's excited? To kick off the fall season I thought we could start with a great transitional recipe, Pumpkin Smoothie. Full of healthy fats, protein and of course pumpkin!

Serves 1

Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

1/2 frozen banana

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

Handful of ice

1 cup dairy free milk

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1 serving vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp coconut yogurt


Directions: Add all of your ingredients to a blend and blend till smooth and creamy. Pour into a cup and top with almond butter and fresh figs.
